This is a good way to order if you have not ordered from us before and are needing some help – we’ll talk you through it.

The fastest and easiest way for you to order is through our website; simply add your items to your basket, and let us know any of your special requirements. Payment details are listed below.

 

How do we pay for our orders?

Without a Credit Account: 

Payment to us can be by BACS, online bank transfer, cheques or by any leading credit or debit card. We we also accept cash or cheques on delivery.

 

If your company does not have a credit account with us and would like to open one, please complete the SUPPLY FORM,otherwise payment is required at checkout by credit or debit card. Payments are handled by Paypal, one of the world’s leading online payment service providers. If you select credit card payment when confirming your order you will automatically enter the Worldpay web site where you can enter your card details.

Most of the leading credit and debit cards are accepted!

 

If your company has a credit account with us you will not be required to make payment at checkout (you will however have the option to pay by credit card if you so wish). Payment is required within two weeks of invoice date. We encourage payment to be made online or by BACS. Our bank details are on each invoice.

 

With a Credit Account:  

Invoices for your orders will be emailed to you on the day following delivery.

 

To open a Credit Account:

A credit account application can be made from this web site at "SUPPLY FORM". This will take 24 hours to process. 

 

Can I order same day?

 

YES YOU CAN!!!

 

Don’t panic, every day we take orders for delivery on the day. We do however have to charge a 15% late charge for this service.

We will need to speak with you on the phone; firstly in order to confirm that we can deliver at the time you need; and also to discuss any changes we may have to make to the menu, as some items may not be available at late notice. Give us a call on 01444 401768 to discuss it. 

 

Can I Download Menus? 

Select Download Menus from the site's top navigation bar. All the menus will be listed.  These are in PDF format and, depending on your printer, you can print them in black & white or colour.
