Delivery
Orders must be placed before 4pm the day before. Orders placed after this time will incur a 10% rush charge. This also includes orders placed after 4pm on a Friday for a Monday delivery. For any orders off our canapé menu, we need 48 hours notice for delivery. Same day orders, BEFORE 10.00am, IF they can be catered for, will incur a 10% rush charge.
Please note that any late orders may be subject to change, as all our produce is ordered in fresh. A Chefs choice menu may need to replace your particular menu choice, and delivery times may need to be altered to suit our delivery schedule. We will contact you if we are not able to fulfil your order due to late ordering.
Please give 24 hours written notice (via email) for cancellations, or the full price will be charged. (Canapés cancellations require 48 hours notice).
There is a minimum order of 6 for all of our platter options, if a lesser number is required, a £10 administration fee will be charged.
Orders placed after our office is closed cannot be guaranteed for the following day, so please contact our office, 01444 401768, in the morning (from 7.00am) and we will advise order availability and delivery time.
Any orders that fall out of our catchment area of Gatwick, will be subject to a delivery charge. (£10.00 per 10 miles)
Our normal office hours are 7am - 5pm.
